Customers are free to browse the rails for garments to buy off the peg, order made-to-measure items or have creations designed for occasions such as weddings, parties and informal dinners.

Sales consultants advise clients of a particular designer that best suits their needs, for example, if they require a cocktail dress or a tailored suit.
The Chelsea Collections was established in 1993 and Penelope Mahon, who had been a part of The Chelsea Collections as a designer, took over the shop in 2001.
